Online consultations
Our New Online consultation service is the easiest way to book an appointment, arrange a follow up, order your medication, request a sick note or make an enquiry. This easy to use service is available every day from 8am and will be closed once we have reached capacity. Please attach the link to accuRx - Contact us about your request - Accurx Patient Portal
The service involves answering a few short questions, to understand the nature of your medical concern. These requests are then triaged by a clinician to ensure that appointments are offered in a safe and timely manner. You may then be offered a telephone appointment or invited for a face to face appointment.
Please note we may need to temporarily suspend this service at short notice due staffing issues or excess demand. This is to ensure that patient safety, telephone lines will however remain open. This service should not be used in an acute emergency, and instead patients are encouraged to call 999 or 111.
